HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 31
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
ADOPTING THE 2000-2004 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Carlsbad, hereina
to as "Agency", is a Community Redevelopment Agency organized and existing under the
Redevelopment Law, Health and Safetv Code Section 33000, et.seq., hereinafter referr
"Act"; and
WHEREAS, the Agency is authorized to implement the Redevelopment
Carlsbad Village Redevelopment Project Area; and
WHEREAS, Section 33490(a)(l) of the Act requires that the Carlsbad Re
Agency adopt a five year implementation plan by December 3 1, 1999 which contains the 5
and objectives of the agency for the project area, the specific programs, including poten
and expenditures proposed to be made during the next five (calendar) years, and an explar
the goals and objectives, programs and expenditures will eliminate blight within the project
WHEREAS, Section 33413(b)(4) of the Act requires the Carlsbad Rc
Agency to adopt a plan to comply with the requirements of the inclusionary housing rule; a
WHEREAS, the Agency's Inclusionary Housing compliance plan is in(
Village Implementation Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33490 (d) of the Act, the implementati

3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the E

2. That pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33490, 1
