RESOLUTION NO.48
resolve as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING PROPOSED
BUDGET REVISION NO. 1 AND REQUESTING
APPROVAL BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
The City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
1. That Budget Revision No. 1 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1975 is hereby approved as presented.
2. That this revision shall be submitted to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development along with a letter signed
by the Chairman of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority, requesting
approval of the revision, effective January 1, 1975.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a continued
meeting of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the
eighteenth day of February , 1975, by the following vote,
to wit:
A^ES: Robert Frazee, Claude Lewis, Mary Casler,
Anthony Skotnicki, Lewis Chase.
