RESOLUTION NO. 49
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING CERTAIN DOCU-
MENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN
DEVELOPMENT (HUD) REPRESENTING THE OPERAT-
ING BUDGET FOR SECTION 23 LEASING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad
presented the Operating Budget for Section 23 Leased Housing Program, as
set forth on HUD standard budget forms, Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571, and 52573,
effecting subject Budget for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning
July 1, 1975 through June 30, 1976.
THEREFORE, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad dees hereby
adopt HUD Documents Nos. 52564, 52566, 52571, and 52573, as the Operating
Budget for the Section 23 Leased Housing Program, for the period commencing
July 1, 1975, and ending June 30, 1976
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Authority of
the City of Carlsbad, held on the First day of April , 1975 by the
following vote, to wit:
