A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING
1 THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE COVERAGE

3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad that
. the bid of Ihe Insurance Company of North America for various insurance
coverages of the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad is hereby

accepted and the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute a contract
6 for insurance with the Insurance Company of North America for a three-year
period.
8 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Authority of
g the City of Carlsbad held on the first day of April , 1975
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
