A RESOLUTION OF THE 1HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REVISING THE SCHEDULE
OF UTILITIES ALLOWANCES FOR TENANT PURCHASED
UTILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of
Carlsbad that, effective July 1, 1975, the Schedule of Utilities
Allowances for Tenant Purchased Utilities, as shown in the
Statement of Policies of the Housing Authority of the City of
Carlsbad be revised as shown below:
One Bedroom Unit $
One Bedroom Unit (owner purchases hot water)
Two Bedroom Unit
Two Bedroom Unit (owner purchases hot water)
Three Bedroom Unit
Three Bedroom Unit (electric water heater)
Three Bedroom Unit (single family)
Four Bedroom Unit
Four Bedroom Unit (electric water heater)
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meet
Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad held
