RESOLUTION NO. 53
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD
HOUSING AUTHORITY HEARING APPEALS
BOARD.
WHEREAS, the term of Ruben Gastellum as a member of the
Carlsbad Housing Authority Appeals Board expires September 30,
1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Carlsbad Housing Authority Hearing Appeals
Board.
Mr.Ruben Gastellum for a term to expire
September 30, 1978.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Housing Authority of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
fourth day of November , 1975.
