RESOLUTION NO.54
follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET
REVISION NO. 1 AND REQUESTING APPROVAL
BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT.
The Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby resolve as
1. That Budget Revision No. 1 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1976, is hereby approved as presented.
2. That this revision shall be submitted to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development along with a letter
from the Chairman of the Carlsbad Housing Authority, requesting
approval of the revision.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fourth day
of November, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Chase, Lev/is, Frazee
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
