RESOLUTION NO. 56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY
AMENDING THE AUTHORITY'S STATEMENT OF POLICIES AND
INCORPORATING NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
as follov/s:
That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority Statement of
Policies be hereby amended to incorporate the rules and
regulations as published in the Federal Register, Vol. 40, No.188,
Chapter VIII, Part 860, titled: INCOME LIMITS WITH RESPECT TO,
ADMISSIONS TO, AND OCCUPANCY OF, LOW-INCOME HOUSING OWNED BY
PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES OR LEASED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES FROM
PRIVATE OWNERS, a copy of which is attached.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City of
Carlsbad Housing Authority this second day of December, 1975,
by the following vote, to wit:
