A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING AN
3 INCREASE IN RENTAL FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY UNIT
LOCATED AT 1047 CHESTNUT AVENUE.

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has a lease

for the single family unit located at 1047 Chestnut Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the owner has requested a rental increase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
to amend the lease to increase the rent at 1047 Chestnut Avenue12
to the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per month.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the14
City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the 3rd day of15
February, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:16
