A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTAL FOR
1 THE SINGLE FAMILY THREE BEDROOM UNIT
LOCATED AT 2502 JEFFERSON STREET,
2 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
3 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority has a lease
for the single family three bedroom unit located at 2502 Jefferson;
and
6 WHEREAS, the owner has requested a rental increase;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
8 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
9 2. That the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority does hereby
10 authorize the Secretary of the City of Carlsbad Housing Authority
11 to amend the lease to increase the rent at 2502 Jefferson Street
12 to the amount of two hundred seventy dollars ($270.00) for a
13 period of one (1) year, effective June 1, 1976. In addition, the
14 Authority agrees to pay the water, sewer and trash charges, also
15 effective June 1, 1976.
16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
17 City of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fourth day of
18 May ,19 76 , by the following vote, to wit:
