A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
PERFORMING AN AUDIT FOR THE TWO FISCAL YEARS ENDING
JUNE 30, 1975 AND JUNE 30, 1976.
1 WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad has
2 requested and received proposals for an audit; and
3 WHEREAS, the below named Independent Public Accountant has
submitted the most favorable proposal for said audit,
5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
6 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
7 2. That a contract will be executed between the Housing
8 Authority of the City of Carlsbad and Diehl, Evans and Company to
perform an audit of the Authority for the fiscal years ending
10 June 30, 1975 and June 30, 1976; upon approval of the Department of
11 Housing and Urban Development.
12 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing
13 Authority of the City of Carlsbad this fifth day of
14 October , 1976.
