RESOLUTION NO. 77
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, EXCLUDING FROM CARLSBAD HOUSING
COMMISSION REVIEW THE' MONTHLY PAYMENT OF BILLS OF
THE AUTHORITY.
Be it resolved by tne Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California
as follows:
That the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad does hereby exclude from
review and recommendation by the Carlsbad Housing Commission, the monthly payment
of Authority bills.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Carlsbad •
Housing Authority held on the first __day of February ,19 77
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee
NOES:
ABSENT:
