RESOLUTION NO. 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE
EXTENSION FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING LOCATED AT
1047 CHESTNUT.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California does hereby resolve
is follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and instructed to
Drepare and execute the necessary documents to extend the lease for the dwelling
jnit located at 1047 Chestnut for an additional twelve (.12) months, beginning
'ebruary 1, 1977.
f2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized and instructed
to prepare and execute the necessary documents to increase tne rent for the above
lescribed unit to two hundred and sixty-five dollars ($265.00) per month effective
February 1, 1977.
