A RESOLUTION OF. THE HOUSING AUTHORITY" OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE
EXTENSION FOR THE TWELVE ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS LOCATED
AT 946, 965, AND 983 PINE
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
esolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and instructed to
prepare the necessary documents to extend the leases for the dwelling units listed
below for an additional twelve months from the present dates of exp^iratitfn of the

leases. '
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized and instructed
to prepare the necessary documents to increase the rents for the units listed in
the amount and becoming effective on the dates shown below:
