A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE
EXTENSION FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING LOCATED AT
2625 DAVIS
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California.does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and instructed to
prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend the lease for the dwelling
unit located at 2625 Davis for an additional twelve (12) months, beginning March .
1, 1977. ' ,
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized and instructed
to prepare and execute the necessary documents to increase the rent for the above
described unit to two hundred and sixty-seven dollars ($267.00) per month,
effective March 1, 1977.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Carlsbad
Housing Authority held on the first day of February ,19 77
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee
