A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
SINGLE FAMILY THREE-BEDROOM DWELLING LOCATED
AT 947 OAK.
1 ' The Housing Authority of City of Carlsbad, California, does
2 hereby resolve as follows:
3 1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
4 instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
5 the lease for the dwelling unit located at 947 Oak for an additiona
6 twelve (12) months, beginning with the day following the expiration
7 , date of the present lease.
8 2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
9 and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
10 increase the rent for the above described unit to two hundred
11 seventy-five dollars ($275.00) per month, effective the same day as
12 the lease extension.
13 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
14 of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fifth day of
15 April / 19yy , by the following vote, to wit:
16 AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard,Lewis, and Frazee
