RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
THREE ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT UNITS LOCATED AT
3081 JEFFERSON APTS. A,C, and D.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the dwelling units located at 3081 Jefferson Apts. A,
C, and D for an additional twenty-four (24) months, beginning with
the day following the expiration datesof the present leases.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rent for the above described units to one hundred fifty
-five dollars ($155.00) per month, effective the same day as the
lease extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fifth day of
April i 19 77 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee
