RESOLUTION NO. 85
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
THREE-BEDROOM DWELLING UNIT LOCATED AT 3526
MADISON STREET.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the dwelling unit located at 3526 Madison for an
additional twelve (12) months, beginning with the day following the
expiration date of the present lease.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rent for the above described unit to three hundred
dollars ($300.00) per month, effective the same day as the lease
extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of
Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the third day of
May , 1977 , by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee
