A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
SINGLE THREE BEDROOM DWELLING LOCATED AT
1047 CHESTNUT.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
lereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the Single three bedroom dwelling located at
1047 Chestnut for an aridit-irm^l s^ypn (7^ months.

aeginning with the day following the expiration date of the present
.ease.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rent for the above described unit to Two hundred
seventy five dollars ($275.00) per month, effective the
same day as the lease extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
>f Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the seventh day
February , 19 78 , by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Casler, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee
