A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
ONE-BEDROOM SENIOR UNITS LOCATED AT 945, 965,
AND 983 PINE.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California,
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to

of expiration of the leases to September 30, 1978.
