A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
FOUR ONE-BEDROOM UNITS AND THE ONE TWO-BEDROOM
UNIT LOCATED AT 3333 ROOSEVELT.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the units located at 3333 Roosevelt from the date of
expiration to September 30, 1978.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rents for the units listed in the amount and becoming
effective on the dates shown below:
3 '1/78 3333 Roosevelt #1 $196.50
3 a/78 3333 Roosevelt #2 196.50
3/1/78 3333 Roosevelt #3 196.50
3/1/78 3333 Roosevelt #4 196.50
3/1/78 3333 Roosevlet #5 244.00
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of
Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the eighth _ day of
March _ / 19 73 / by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: easier, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee.
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
