CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
FOUR TWO-BEDROOM UNITS LOCATED AT 3183
JEFFERSON STREET,
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, doe
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the units located at 3183 Jefferson from the present
date of expiration to September 30, 1978.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rents for the above described units to one hundred

seventy dollars ($170.00) per month, per unit, effective the same
day as the lease extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the eighth day of
March > 19 78 / by the following vote to wit:
AYES: easier, Skotnicki, Packard, Lewis, and Frazee.
