1 RESOLUTION NO. 96
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING
3 A CERTAIN EMPLOYEE TO FILE CITY CLAIMS FOR
DAMAGES IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

5 WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the Carlsbad Housing
6 Authority to file claims for damages in the Small Claims Court of
7 the North County Judicial District; and
8 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Housing Authority wishes to designate
9 a certain employee to file such claims on its behalf;
10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Housing
11 Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
12 l. That the above recitations are true and correct;
13 2. That the following person is hereby designated to file
Carlsbad Housing Authority claims for damages in Small Claims Court
14 of the North County Judicial District:
15 Amy Villalobos Acting Director
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the 4th day of April, 1978
by the following vote, to wit:
