A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A
LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE SINGLE THREE BEDROOM
DWELLING LOCATED AT 2625 DAVIS

2 The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
3 as follows:
4 1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and instructed to
5 prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend the lease for the single
6 three bedroom dwelling located at 2625 Davis for an additional seven (7) months,
7 beginning with the day following the expiration date of the present lease.
8 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Carlsbad
9 Housing Authority held on the sixth day of June
10 19 78 , by the following vote to wit:
11 AYES: Skotnicki, Casler, Anear, and Packard
12 NOES:
13 ABSENT:
