A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
SINGLE THREE BEDROOM DWELLING LOCATED AT
2502 JEFFERSON STREET

2 The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the single three bedroom dwelling located at
2502 Jefferson Street for an additional four f41 months.

beginning with the day following the expiration date of the present
lease.
10 2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
11 and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
12 increase the rent for the above described unit to three
13 hundred ($500.00) dollars per month, effective the
14 same day as the lease extension.
15 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
16 of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the sixth day
17 of June t 19 78 , by the following vote to wit:
