RESOLUTION NO. 101
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
ONE-BEDROOM SENIOR UNITS LOCATED AT 945, 965,
AND 983 PINE.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and instructed
to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend the leases for the dwellin
units listed below from the present dates of expiration of the leases to September
30, 1978.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare the necessary documents to increase the rents for the units
listed in the amount and becoming effective on the dates shown below:
