RESOLUTION NO. 99
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
REPRESENTING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE SECTION
23 LEASING PROGRAM
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby adopt
HUD Documents No. s 52564, 52566, 52571, 52573, and 53082
as presented, as the Operating Budget for the Section 23 Leased Housing Program,
for the period commencing July 1, 1978, and ending June 30, 1979.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Carlsbad
Housing Authority held on the twentieth _ day of
June , 19 7ft , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Packard, Anear, Casler, and Skotnicki.
