A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
A LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE THREE TWO-BEDROOM
UNITS LOCATED AT 951 OAK
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the three two-bedroom units located at 951 Oak
for an additional three (5) months , beginning with the day
following the expiration date of the present lease.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
of Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the fifth day of
July , 19 78, by the following vote to wit:
AYES:skotnicki, Casler, Anear, Lewis, and Packard
NOES
ABSENT:
RONALD C. PACKARD, Chairman
