A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A RENTAL INCREASE
FOR THE SEVENTEEN UNITS AT 965 LACUNA DRIVE.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, does hereby resolve
as follows:

1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and in-
structed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to increase the
rental rates for the seventeen units, eleven (11) three-bedroom, and
six (6) four-bedroom units, located at 965 Laguna Drive., beginning with
the July 1, 1978 rental payment.

Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the first day of August
1978T by the following vote to wit:
