1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and in-
structed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to increase
" the rental rates for the twenty units, ten (10) two-bedroom, and ten
7 (10) four-bedroom units, located at 2541 Jefferson St., beginning with
the June 1, 1978 rental payment.8
