RESOLUTION No. 107
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING: A RENTAL IN-
CREASE FOR THE THIRTY-FIVE UNITS AT 3380 HARDING ST.
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and in-
structed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to increase
the rental rates for the thirty-five one-bedroom units, located at
3380 Harding St., beginning with the June 1, 1978 rental payment.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of
Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the first day of August
1978, by the following vote to wit:
