A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD APPROVING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR PER-
FORMING AN AUDIT FOR THE TWO FISCAL YEARS ENDING
JUNE 30, 1976 AND JUNE 30, 1978
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad has requested
and received proposals for an audit; and
WHEREAS, the below named Independent Public Accountant has submittedol
the most favorable proposal for said audit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a contract will be executed between the Housing Authority101
of the City of Carlsbad and Lamb § Goode11
to perform an audit of the Authority for the Fiscal years end-12
ing June 30, 1977 and June 30, 1978; upon approval of the Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development.14

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Housing Authority
of the City of Carlsbad this first day of August
