ONE-BEDROOM SENIOR UNIT(S) LOCATED AT 3110 #D
3120 #D, 3130 #B, and 3130 #C JEFFERSON AND 3095 HARDING

The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the one bedroom senior units listed above

Deginning with the day following the expiration date of the present
lease.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rent for the above described unit to One hundred
sixty-five ($165.00) dollars ,_per month, effective the
;ame day as the lease extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
if Carlsbad Housing Authority helu on the fifth day
if September , 19 78 , by the following vote to wit:
