INCREASE IN RENTS AND LEASE EXTENSION FOR THE
TWO - ONE BEDROOM SENIOR UNITES) LOCATED AT
3120 A AND 3130 A JEFFERSON STREET
The Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Attorney and Secretary are hereby authorized and
instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to extend
the lease for the two,-,one.bedroom senior units listed above

Beginning with the day following the expiration date of the present
lease.
2. That the Attorney and Secretary are also hereby authorized
and instructed to prepare and execute the necessary documents to
increase the rent for the above described unit to One hundred
sixty-five ($165.00) dollars per month, effective the
same day as the lease extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
f Carlsbad Housing Authority held on the twenty-first day
f November » 19 78, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Lewis, Skotnicki, Casler, Anear, and Packard
