1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
2 ADOPTING SALARY FOR THE DIRECTOR OF
THE CARLSBAD HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR
3 FISCAL YEAR 1978-79. _
4 WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose of the Carlsbad
5 Housing Authority, in accordance with the provisions of
6 Housing Authority Resolution 41, to have the policies applicable
to similar City of Carlsbad employees also applicable to Housing
8 Authority employees; and
9 WHEREAS, salaries have recently been established for
10 executive employees of the City of Carlsbad for Fiscal Year
11 1978-79.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Housing
13 Authority as follows:
14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
15 2. That the following salary for the Carlsbad Housing
Authority director, similar to that of comparable City of Carlsbad
employees, is established for Fiscal Year 1978-79.
18 Executive Director - $566-$730 Biweekly Salary Range
effective September 17, 1978. $581-$750 Biweekly Salary Range
20 effective December 24, 1978.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the Carlsbad Housing
Authority at a meeting held on the 19th day of December
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
