HOUSING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 94-006
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
RECOMMENDING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 8
EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NO. SF-535 (E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad ("PHA)" desires to enter into
a superseding Part I of the Section 8 Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC") with
the United States of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program.
The Section 8 CACC, Part I, must now be revised so that it will consist of the following:
a. SUPERSEDING Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88), applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program; with
b. Exhibit I;
c.
d.
Exhibit 11, adding Replacement Project CA16-E077-016; and
Exhibit 111, Byrd Amendment Award Clause.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The SUPERSEDING Part I of the CACC, together with Exhibits I, 11, and 111, for
the Housing Certificate Program is hereby recommended for approval and
acceptance. The Housing and Redevelopment Director is hereby recommended to
execute the counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is
hereby recommended to impress the official seal of PHA on each such counterpart
and to forward such executed counterparts to the Government, together with such
other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof,
as may be required by the Government.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately. 2.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Housing
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the loth day of March, 1994 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Scarpelli, Sato, Calverley, Peterson, Escobedo,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Avis, Wellman
ABSTAIN: None
Noble, Rombotis
