HOUSING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO 94-0013
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
AWARD FOR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF
THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM TO LIFELINE
COMMUNITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Housing Commission has previously
recommended that staff distribute a Request for Proposals
for contractual services for the administration of the
Family Self-sufficiency Program; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Lifeline Community
Services, 200 Jefferson Street Vista, Ca. 92084 is
acceptable at $30,000.00 for a two-year period to administer
the Family Self-sufficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, By the Housing
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Housing Commission hereby recommends the
approval of the award of contractual services for the
administration of Family Self-sufficiency Program to
Lifeline Community Services.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
on the 13th day of October, 1994, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES : Chairperson Scarpelli, Commissioners: Avis, Rose,
NOES : Commissioner Wellman.
ABSENT: Commissioner Sato.
Calverley, Escobedo, Noble, Rombotis.
ABSTAIN : None.
