HOUSING COMMISSION NO. 94-0014
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAWBAD, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING TO
HOUSING ELEMENT PROGRESS REPORT AND TO
AUTHORIZE STAFF TO SUBMIT IT TO THE
APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT THE 1993-94 ANNUAL
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has an approved Housing Element which
outlines the City’s goals and objectives for providing housing affordable to all income
groups; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is required to submit an annual Housing
Element Progress Report to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and the State
Department of Housing and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has prepared the required report and
summarized the City’s progress on implementing the various programs outlined within the
1991- 1996 Carlsbad Housing Element for review by the appropriate legislative bodies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

B) That the Housing Commission recommends that the City Council accept the
1993-94 Annual Housing Element Progress Report for the City of Carlsbad
and authorize staff to submit the report to the State Governor’s Office of
, Planning and Research and the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Housing
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 13th day of October, 1994 by
the following vote, to wit:
