HOUSING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 95-005
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY'S PARTICIPATION IN A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND AUTHORIZING
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) has established a goal of providing the
widest choice of housing opportunities possible for low-income
families; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authorities of the cities of
Carlsbad, Encinitas, National City, Oceanside, San Diego City
and San Diego County have developed a Memorandum of
Understanding to facilitate HUD's goal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Housing
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Housing Commission hereby recommends approval
of the Housing Authority's participation in a Memorandum Of
Understanding and authorizes the Housing and Redevelopment
Director to execute said document.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California,
held on the 11th day of May, 1995, by the following vote, to
wit:
