HOUSING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 96-011
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY ANNUAL
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 TO THE U.S.
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, at a public hearing
held on September 12, 1996, considered the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS)
Annual Performance Report for Fiscal Year 1995-96 for the City’s Community Development Block Grant
Program; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission recommends the submittal of the Comprehensive Housing
Affordability Strategy (CHAS) Annual Performance Report for Fiscal Year 1995-96 to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing Commission as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Housing Commission recommends the submittal of the Comprehensive Housing
Affordability Strategy Annual Performance Report for Fiscal Year 1995-96 for the City of
Carlsbad’s Community Development Block Grant Program.
3. The Housing Commission hereby recommends authorization of the Housing and
Redevelopment Director to submit said document on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Housing Commission of
the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 12th day of September 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairperson Calverley; Commissioners: Escobedo, Noble, Rose,
NOES: None.
Sato, Scarpelli, Schlehuber and Walker.
ABSENT: Commissioner Wellman.
ABSTAIN: None.
