District is entitled to one representative on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority,
and the President of the Board of Directors of the Carls- bad Nunicipal Yater District has, in accordance vith law, designated and appointed WILLIlbi id. IlCjGShS to represent the Carlsbad lhnicipal Water Tlistrict, and said designa- tion and appointment having been fully considered by, consented to and approved by all members of the Board of Directors or" the Carlsbad hnicipal Water 3istrict;

I, William W. Rogers, hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified and acting Secretary of the Carlsbad Ihiunicipal Water District, and that the foregoing Resolution No.8 is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly passed by the unanimous vote of the
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Nunicipal ljater District at a regular meeting of its Board of Directors held on the 17th day of June, 1954.
