A RESOLUTllDN OF THE 'BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CAHLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATEH DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATLON OF ALTERNATE PLANS FOR PIPE LINE CONSTRUCTION.
Whereas, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District have called an election for
August 23, 1955 to approve a bond authorization in
the amount of @1,956,000 for the purpose of construct-
ing main pipe lines into the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District, and,
Whereas, definite action must be taken to bring water into the District and completed by June 16, 1956, and,
Whereas, the Board of Directors have taken out of
the original consideration the amount of $300,000 pro- posed for water storage; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Board of Directors will consider all or any alternate plans submitted, and that no detailed plans or specifica-
tions will be approved or adopted prior to November 1,
