NW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proper officers of the Carla=
the President and Secretary, are authm bad Municipal Mater District, to wits id to borrow the sum of $34,000.00 from the SECURITY TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK
OF SAN DIEDO, CBRLSBAD BRANCH, at the rate of 4# interest per armm for the
period of thirty-six months, upan such tern and conditions as the said offieers deen to be to the best interests of the District, and said officers are further
