CIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND TEIE SANK OF APERICA.
WHEREAS, an agreement dat3ed the 24th day of January, 1957 entem3 into
between Carlsbad Municipal Water uistrict and the &ink of America National Trust
2nd Savhgs Association relative to said Bank paying c~upons on the District's
bonds was read to and discussed by the Board of DirectGrs of Carlsbad Mwicipal
\later ilistrizt; and

WHEREAS, it appears that the executim of said agreement is proper and
for the best interests of the District;
NOW T!E_WFOFtE BE IT R3SOLVED that the proper officers of the Cistrict,
to wit: the President and the Secretary, be and hereby are atlthorized and dir-
ected to execute said agreement for and cn behalf of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District, and the J3Yecutive Secretery is instructed to attach tie District
seal thereto and forward trzo copies duly executed to said Bank.

Municipal Mater District on the 30th day of January, 1957, at an adjourned reg-
ular meeting of the Boayd of Directors held at 4:CO P.M. at 2960 Eo Pic0 Drive,
Carlsbad, San Diego County, California, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
