A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARISBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING PERSON OR PERSONS TO HAVE ACCESS TO A SAFE DEPOSIT Bc[x AT THE
SECURITY TRUST AND SAVING3 BANK OF SAN DIEGO, CARLSBAD BRANCH, IN THE: NAME OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Dist- c
rict desires to authorize certain officers of the District to have access to I safe deposit box held in the name of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District. 11

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIMCTORS OF TRE CARIS-
BAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT as follows:
1, That the duly acijing and qualified Treasurer of the bard of
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District shall be and is authorized as the proper officer to have access to the safe deposit box of the CarlsW
hicipal Water District at the Security Trust and Savings Bank of San &ego,
Carlsbad Branch.
2. That the said Treasurer shall also be authorized to secure by
rental weemnt from the Security Trust and Savings B& of San Djego, Carls-
bad Branch, a safe deposit box in the name of the Carlsbad Mupicipal Water District,
PASSED, APPRUVED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Wcipal Water District held the 18th da~
of April, 1957, at 3m P. M. by the following roll call vote:
