XOW, THEREFORE, I33 IT HESOLVED that the Secretary of Celsbad MIn5cipd
Water District be and is hereby authorirted to consent to the acceptance of the abow,
described site for and 011 behalf of said Pistrict and to cause the deed thereto t0
be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California.
