I RESOLUTION NO. 59
EiESOLUTION OF THE BOW OF DIRECTORS OF CARLsJ3AD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
A MASTER PUN OF A P-Y DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR IP'IP~~ovE~NT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF
WHEREAS, a primary distribution system for distribution of water does not
exist within the Improvement District No. 1 of Carlsbad Municipal Water Mstrict; - and i I WHEW, certain pipe lines for distribution of water withln the said Ilb
provement District are now being constructed; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that in the future other pipe lines for distri-
bution of water within the said Improvement District will be constructed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District and its staff have conducted a study of the need and feasible location of a primary distribution system for said Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District deems it to be of the best interests of the Improvement District to have all water distri-
bution lines constructed within the said Improvement District to be constructed in
accordance with a master plan of a primary distribution system for said Improvement
District; and
WHEREAS, the engineering staff of Carlsbad Elunicipal Water District have
submitted a master plan of a primary distribution system for ghee said Improvement
District .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD (IF DIRECTORS (IF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HETiEBY RESOLVE AS FOUWS:
r I 1. That the Master Plan of Primary IHstribution System of Improvement District No. 1 of Carlsbad Municipal Water District as shown on the attached map is
hereby adopted as the Master Plan of fiimary Distribution System of Improvement
Mstrict No. 1 of Carlsbad Municipal Water District.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Ibnicipal Water District held the 5th day of June, 195'7, by the following
roll call vote:
