€ESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSMD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLYING DOPlIESTIC WATER.
"Resolved by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District
that pursuant and subject to all of the terns, conditions and provisions of Division -
5, Part 1, Chapter 7, Sections 4032 to a35 of the California Health and Saf'ety Code
and all amendments thereto, relating to domsstic water supplies, application by this
District be made to the State Board of Public Health, for a permit to construct, main-
tain and operate a water distribution system.
County Water Authority, via the San Marcos County Water DIstrkct transmission main to
Water is supplied from the Sm Diego
the Carlsbadbicipal Water District, thence t0 a Regulating Reservoir From which
the water is delivered to other retailing water agencies within the district, that
the President of said Board of Directors be and is hereby authorized and directed to
cacse the necessary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the
name of said Carlsbad Murdcipal Water Mstrict to sign and file such application with
the said State Board of Public Health."
Passed and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District of the County of San Diego on the 19th day of February, 1958, on the
following roll call vote:
