A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CAFUSRAD MUNICIPAL MATER DISTRICT CONFERRING
AUTHORITP TO SIGN CKECKS FOR FUNDS HEY) BY ANY BANK ON BEHALF OF SAID DISTRICT.
wNE3EAS certain changes in officers of the Board of Directors of Carlsbad
Wcipal Water District have been authorized, thereby necessitating changes in those authorized to sign checks on behalf of said District; c
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that any bank holding funds on behalf of Carls-
bad &niclpal Water District shall reoogaise those empowered to drav checks (includinl?; cheoks payable to their own order or to bearer) against said District, and to endorse in the nam of the District and receive payment of all checks, drafts and cormaercfal paper payable to this District either as payee, endorsee or otherwise, as follows:

IT IS FURTEIER RESOLVED that said authority hereby conferred shall remain in
full force and effect until it shall be revoked by formal written notice;
IT IS FUBTHER RESOLVED that the certificatdon by the Secretary of this District as to the election of persons so authorized and empowered as aforesaid and
as to the signatures of such persons, shall be binding upon this District;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of this District be and is hereby authorized and directed to deliver to all banks holding funds on behalf of Carlsbad
Municipal Water District a copy of this resolution properly certified by him.
