RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF USBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN BOUNDARIES OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
7 THE BOARD OF DXRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the certain property in the City of Carlsbad as described in deed
executed by Rita N. Dewar, dated August 25, 1959, be purchased for the
price of $11,250.00.

and directed to execute for and on behalf of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District any necessary documents to complete the transfer of this real
property .
That the President and Secretary of the Board of Directors be authorized
3. That the herein above-mentioned deed conveying lands therein described
to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, be and the same is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 15th. DAY of September, 1959.
